Kevin Rotenkolber,
President

Kevin (he/him) served two terms as Director of Finance of DCD from 2017-2019, before becoming the ASUCD Controller, and serving as DCDA’s Finance Director from 2024-2026.

Kevin currently works as a Database Admin at an environmental compliance company.

Oliver Snow,
Vice President

Oliver (he/him) served as Director of Finance for DCD from 2021-22. Later joining Yolo County Supervisor Jim Provenza’s office, and now serves as Deputy to Supervisor Sheila Allen.

Oliver now serves as the President of the Davis Democratic Club, Controller of the Yolo County Democratic Central Committee.

Katie Caceres,
Finance Director

Katie (she/her) served as Director of Finance of DCD from 2024-2025, and now serves as Sacramento County Young Democrats Parliamentarian.

Katie currently works as the Organizing Director for the Student Homes Coalition.

Arman Zarinebaf, Membership Director

Arman (he/him) is proud to serve as DCDA’s Director of Membership after serving as DCDA’s President from 2024-2026.

Arman currently works at the Sacramento Housing Alliance, advocating for affordable housing.

Emily Jones, Secretary

Emily (she/her) served as the Political Affairs Director for DCD from 2018-2019, and now serves on the Executive Board of the Sacramento County Young Democrats.

Emily currently works as the Deputy Chief of Staff at California YIMBY, a pro-housing education and advocacy nonprofit.
